The 60 + Community takes day trips annually where we enjoy great fellowship and places like the Gaylord Texan, the Frontiers of Flight Museum, the State Fair of Texas and the Dallas World Aquarium. We usually take a bus or we take the PCPC vans for these “explores”. If you click on this site you’ll view pictures from past day trips information on the next planned trip together. In the past we’ve gone to the Eureka Spring, AR, the painted churches in south Texas, Round Top Texas and Festival Hill Music Hall, and Salado Texas and The Christmas Lights. For the past two years in early summer, the 60 + Community has been enjoying the lovely ground and club house at Country Place in Carrollton where they experience an incredible day of fun, food, and fellowship. Some fish, some play cards or board games. There is also the opportunity to golf or play tennis. Many just relax and enjoy one another’s company in this beautiful setting and comfortable club house.
For many years our 60 + Community has enjoyed the pleasure of coming together for delicious meals and superb entertainment and programming at places like the Westin Hotel, City Place, Maggiano’s and even in our own church facilities.
